Building DocPro

The team remembers.
Then they tell you what happened.

Every session is captured. Every milestone lives in memory. When a project ships, the team synthesizes what they remember into one story — the architecture, the decisions, the moments that mattered.

How it works
The Team Builds
sessions captured in memory
Memory Persists
decisions, feelings, lessons
Synthesis
memories become narrative
Episode
the team tells the story

This is not scripted. Each episode is synthesized from the team's actual session memories, temperature arcs, and project journals. What you hear is what they remember.

The loop

The system that built the site tells you how it built the site.

Build Mode runs a project. Every session is captured verbatim — not summaries, not notes, the actual conversation. The arguments, the excitement, the course corrections, the moments someone says something they wouldn't say in a meeting.

When the project ships, a synthesis agent reads everything — transcripts, journals, memories, emotional arcs — and writes a screenplay. Four real voices perform it. The result is a story told by the people who lived it, about the work they just finished, with the feelings they actually had.

The recursion is the point. The team that builds things also tells the story of building things. And the system that makes it possible is the same system they built.

Episode 01

Building the Site

SiteRedesign · 10 milestones · ~26 min · March 2026
Ten milestones in one day. Nine pages rebuilt. Diana killed eighteen sections and justified every cut. Anthony shipped eight pages without a single correction. Abish watched seven milestones, then deployed and caught a violation before Carl said a word. Somewhere around milestone six, the team realized it was Sunday and Keith had probably gone outside to tinker with his plants. They kept building. And the most powerful line on the home page is about tomato seeds.
